Return & Exchange Policy
At PymitStore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer easy returns and exchanges. Please review the following guidelines for returning or exchanging an item.
1. Return Policy
You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they are:
- Unworn and unused with original tags and packaging.
- In the same condition as when they were received.
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Items marked as final sale.
- Gift cards.
- Customized or personalized items.
2. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed within 14 days of receiving your order. If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at contact@pymitstore.com before returning the original item.
Conditions for Exchange
- The item must be in its original, unused condition with all tags attached.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the requested item is unavailable, we will offer a refund or store credit.
3. How to Return or Exchange an Item
To initiate a return or exchange, follow these steps:

You will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with return instructions.

Pack the item securely, including the original packing slip, and write the RAN on the outside of the package.

4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- For defective or incorrect items: We will cover the cost of return shipping.
- For other returns: The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping cost.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing contact@pymitstore.com. We will provide instructions for returning the item and ensure you receive a replacement or refund.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. If it’s still missing, contact your credit card company or bank. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@pymitstore.com.
